ThyssenKrupp Steel Services Distribution is focused on processing and distribution of a complete line of flat rolled carbon steel products. Processing capabilities include punching, shearing, slitting, blanking and multi-blanking of cold rolled, hot rolled and coated steel in commercial and automotive grades.

ThyssenKrupp Steel Services Distribution began its operations in Richburg, South Carolina, in 1992.  In 1999, the ThyssenKrupp Materials NA group invested $30 million in a new 245,000 square foot state-of-the-art to support the growing operations of the division.  With the addition of a new 72" multi-cut line, a 60" slitter, 60" cut-to-length line, 4 shears and a punch press, the new facility is now fully equipped to meet the changing needs of its expanding customer base.

The service center's strategic location within the I-85 and I-77 corridors enables timely deliveries of finished products to a wide variety of customers in the Southeastern United States.  With additional stocking locations in a many geographic markets, we are positioned to supply products across the United States. 

ThyssenKrupp Steel Services Distribution also offers innovative inventory management solutions, including Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI), Value Chain Management (VCM) and Early Vendor Involvement (EVI) programs.
